Pool Department - Cedar County Memorial Hospital offers Aqua Aerobics! A fun way to exercise! It can improve cardiovascular health, help improve strength and endurance and is low-impact on aching joints.

Class Schedules are:

8:30 am - Water aerobics for the early bird
10:00 am - Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Class
11:00 am - Water aerobics
3:00 pm - Water aerobics
4:00 pm - Water aerobics
5:00 pm - Water aerobics

Class Fees:  3 times a week $60.00;  2 times a week $40.00; each 8 week sessions
