Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program (AFAP) is created for people with arthritis to keep joints flexible, muscles strong and to help reduce the pain associated with arthritis. These exercises were developed by physical therapists to address the pain, fatigue and decreased strength that often accompany the disease. The soothing warmth and buoyancy of the water make this program an ideal environment for relieving arthritis pain and stiffness. The water provides gentle resistance to build muscle strength and support joints to encourage free movement.

**Class times for AFAP are Monday, Wednesday and Friday:

The cost for both of these programs is $3.50 per class and payments are due at the beginning of each month. *The monthly totals will vary depending on the number of days in the month.
