The CCMH Exercise Center wants to help you become more physically fit. We offer a wide range of fitness options to meet your individual needs and interests. Treadmills, elliptical machines and recumbent bicycles will help you increase your stamina, improve your cardiovascular health and burn unwanted fat. One of our newest pieces of equipment is our Sports Art XT10 Cross Trainer, an elliptical bicycle that provides a combined strength and cardio work-out for the entire body. This bike includes a built-in computerized personal cardio advisor that will calculate an individualized work-out based on your height, weight and age. We also offer fully-adjustable weight machines to target muscles in the upper and lower body and free weights for the more dedicated lifters. We are proud to offer modern equipment and are constantly evaluating new equipment additions based on customer input and industry developments.
If you are looking for a more structured work-out or would like to expand your current fitness program, consider one of our many fitness classes. We recently opened a new room to accommodate our expanded fitness class schedule. Class offerings include: Gentle Chair Stretch, Low Impact Aerobics, Yoga/Pilates-Based, Introduction to Yoga, Chair Aerobics, Circuit Training, Boot Camp, Step Aerobics and Spot Toning (abs, legs and arms). We endeavor to provide classes to accommodate various fitness levels, from beginners to the more advanced. Since our class offerings and schedules do change, please call the Exercise Center for current schedules.
